What Postiva is, and how it uses your data
Postiva is a web application (SaaS) that helps local businesses manage their social media, local SEO, online reputation, and digital advertising from one dashboard. With your explicit permission, Postiva connects to your own business accounts to publish the content you've approved, respond to reviews, report on performance, and — only when you approve a specific action — apply that change to your account on your behalf. Every post and every change to an ad account comes to you first, and anything you reject never runs. Two things happen without a further click, so your presence never goes quiet: on Pro and above, replies to positive (4–5 star) reviews post automatically unless you ask us to turn that off, and content still sitting unreviewed after two weeks of reminders publishes on its schedule. You can disconnect any account at any time.
