How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take your card up front — cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you keep going, the plan you picked starts billing on day 15 at the price shown above.
What counts as a post?
Every plan is measured in posts per month, and each plan splits that allowance across channels — social (Instagram and Facebook, cross-posted as one post), Google Business Profile, and blog articles on the plans that include them. On-demand posts are the ones you generate yourself, whenever you want, on top of the scheduled calendar.
Why posts instead of credits?
Because a post is a thing you can count before you buy. Credit-based tools charge different amounts for a caption, an image, and a video, so the number you are quoted is not the number you get. A post is a post here — you know exactly what a plan buys.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page in the portal. There is no contract and no cancellation fee — plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing, which saves 20%.
What if I need more posts than my plan includes?
Add-on bundles of 5, 10, or 20 extra posts can be bought at any time from the billing page, on any plan, without changing your subscription. They are a one-time purchase, and the extra posts stay available for about a month from the day you buy them.
How does pricing work for more than one location?
There are three ways to run a location. Listing one for address and directions only is always free. Shared publishing — the same content going out through your main accounts — is +$49/mo, and that location still gets its own Google Business Profile posts and its own reviews in your inbox, which is what most businesses actually want from a second site. Giving a location its own separate Instagram, Facebook, and blog is +$149/mo. The Scale plan includes two extra locations at no extra charge.
